I also grunt and make funny noises when I’m asleep and awake. Let’s put it this way, it’s definitely not dainty. I can defend myself for this, it’s all those gas!
b) Ms. Cant-be-left-alone – I want to be carried most of the times! If you put me down, even when I’m asleep, I will cry. Mummy has left me be to cry many times till my voice become all husky and I have no more energy left to cry (but I will still attempt at crying).
I don’t fall asleep on my own easily (unlike my sister) so mummy has a hard time to make me sleep as she mostly need to carry me first till I’m dead asleep to put me down.
c) Ms. Stretchy – I sure stretched a lot. I can stretch while sleeping, awake, on the dressing table (which makes it difficult for mummy to change or clean me), while I’m being carried. My Ah Por (maternal grandmother) thinks I will be taller than my sister because of this. Anyway, with the way I’ve been sucking off mummy, everyone thinks I will definitely be bigger than my sister in size eventually.
d) Ms. Sweaty – Mummy can’t believe that I sweat so much from the first week itself since I was born! Apparently, my sister didn’t sweat at her head till much later on. But this trait is definitely from papa’s side again as mummy doesn’t sweat much (other than her hands and feet).
e) Ms. Squirt-a-lot – I should have been born a boy with the way I pee and poo when I’m diaper-less. Whoever (mostly it is mummy) changes me has to be careful and alert as without any warning, I will ‘ squirt’ and them and boy, can I ‘shoot’ far! Mummy has changed her clothes numerous times already from being a victim of this.
I know, all the above makes me sound so bad eh?! Especially when Mummy keeps telling people that my sister was such a good baby and had none of the above. Well, if you ask me, she’s either a good girl (big sucker) or that I’m really naughty huh?!
Ok, now some good points about me. Not fair to me if all the bad points are highlighted isn’t it?!
a) I drink quite a lot compared to my sister and thus, I’m growing faster than her too. I’ve put on nearly a kg (900 gms) as at last Friday and my weight then was 3.65kg. I should put on over 1 kg by the time I hit 30 days which is tomorrow.
The fat are building up on my cheeks, hands and thighs. At least I don't have the wrinkly, dried skin anymore.
b) Ms. Smile-a-lot – I sure smile a lot, not just when I’m sleeping but when I’m awake too! Something my sister never did (only in her sleep) till she was about 3 months old! Sorry, it’s tough to get me smiling for the camera, so no pics yet.
c) Ms. Full-of-expressions – When you watch me sleep, you will come across many, many expressions from me which will entertain you. I seemed to have entertained everyone in the house, including my big sister! On top of that, I can also entertain you with all the gas noises that come out from me. :D
Don’t be fooled by my negative traits yet…it’s mummy’s lack of memory these days (she complaints it is from the lack of sleep). I’m sure when her memory gets back to the good old days, she will have more nice things to say about me.
At the mean time, enjoy some more pictures of me… by the way, some shots you’ll see was where Mummy tried to be like a professional photographer except that she failed tremendously. She got influenced by some Mummy blogs which real pros did those shots with proper cameras! She said she wants to attempt it one more time but I doubt she will be successful ever, she should just let the proper pros do it yea?! ;)
